Abram is an accomplished gourmet and Michelin Star trained chef with over 25 years international cooking experience.
He has worked and trained in top class restaurant like Ciel Bleu and Okura in Amsterdam (both 3 stars) and Del Cambio in Turin (1 star).
In 2018 he co-founded and started his own Culinary Experiences & Design Event Company in Turin, offering gourmet tours, private dinners and special events design.
His cuisine is contemporary French/Italian with a thoughtful mix of international styles.
His menus are colorful, well balanced, innovative and based on premium local products.
